Back in January 2019 The Red Penguin Group Ltd started trading as a new Managed Service Provider offering Hosted VOIP / Hosted PBX phone systems, Hosted VOIP in West Bridgford and Managed IT Support to small Businesses in Nottingham and the East Midlands.
The Red Penguin Group Ltd was born out of a long standing working relationship between its creators David Hanley & Daniel Hunt. Having worked for numerous other MSP’s over a 20 year period we decided that we could do things differently, offering elegant solutions to our customers at affordable prices.
Over the last 6 months we have engaged with numerous local businesses and schools and have put a huge effort into bringing our hosted services and products to their attention. With so many small businesses paying over the odds for telecoms and IT services its been our mission to show these businesses how we can help and save them lots of cash.
We have been engaging with other businesses at BNI networking events and FSB Events as well as offering unique opportunities to showcase our products and services such as free telecoms demos and free CleverTouch interactive screen demos for schools.
We have completed several phone system installs and helped customers get GDPR compliant by upgrading their computers to Windows 10 and moving them away from Small Business Server into hosted platforms such as our Microsoft Office 365 hosted email system.
We have worked The Bridgford Business Centre (another local business) who was keen to learn more about hosted VOIP in West Bridgford – After a simple consultation they are now running a 20 phone system based on our hosting system with 20 new Yealink T46S phones all included in their simple monthly payment. They are saving over £1000 a year.
We have signed up to Yell and Trust Pilot and can proudly showcase our ever growing list of 5* reviews.
