Certain elements of our day to day operations have been adjusted to minimise risk to business and to ensure continuity of service.

  • For the foreseeable future we will be limiting in person visits to customer premises and offering onsite support for business critical emergencies only.
  • All of our team are now working remotely and independently to minimise the risk of simultaneous exposure to the Covid-19 virus to ensure continuity of service should some of our team become affected.
  • The Red Penguin Group has invested extensively in remote technology to ensure we can operate our business from anywhere with an internet connection, so we are in a strong position to continue supporting our customers through this situation
