Over the past year we have continued to invest in improving our services, including enhanced cybersecurity protection, better monitoring tools, and additional resources to ensure we can respond quickly when you need us.
Like many businesses, we have also experienced ongoing increases in supplier costs, software licensing, and operational expenses. In order to continue delivering the high level of service and protection our clients expect, we will be implementing a modest price adjustment.
From 1 May 2026, our managed service pricing will increase.
For most clients this change will represent a small percentage increase to monthly services. Your individual pricing details will be reflected on your invoices from May onwards.
This adjustment allows us to continue providing:

• Industry-leading cybersecurity protection
• Reliable support from our experienced technical team
• Ongoing investment in tools and systems that improve service delivery
