Start a remote support session

  • In the welcome box on the right (or below if using mobile), enter the code we give to you
  • Tap or click the arrow, or hit enter on your keyboard
  • This will download a file to your computer (this may appear in your downloads folder or at the bottom of the screen)
  • Run this file (double click)
  • Press yes, ok, continue or allow to any prompts that appear on your screen
  • That’s it! You should see a ConnectWiseControl notification in the bottom right of the screen confirming your connection status
